2. Privacy Policy

2.1. Data Collection

We collect and process the following personal information:

  • Full name, contact number, and email address
  • Identification documents (as required by law)
  • Booking and transaction details
  • IP address and device data (via cookies and analytics tools)

  • Process reservations and payments
  • Communicate updates, confirmations, and promotions

3. Terms & Conditions

3.1. Booking & Payment

  • Minimum stay: 1 night
  • Check-in: from 11:00 AM (self-check-in, key instructions shared)
  • Check-out: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking
  • Balance due on or before check-in
  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Paybill, Equity Bank Transfer

3.2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation with 3+ days’ notice: 70% refund
  • Cancellation with less than 5 days’ notice: 50% refund
  • No-show or same-day cancellations: no refund

3.3. Seasonal Pricing

  • December holiday rates apply:
    • Studio: KES 5,000
    • 1BR: KES 7,500
    • 2BR: KES 10,000
    • 3BR: KES 13,000
  • Early booking (2+ weeks in advance): 10% discount

3.4. House Rules

  • Management reserves the right to access the premises when necessary
  • Extra guests: KES 1,000 per person
  • No pets allowed
  • Guests are expected to leave the premises tidy
  • Swimming is at your own risk – no lifeguard present

3.5. Use of Property

Guests must use the property responsibly. Any damage to property or breach of house rules may result in charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund.

3.6. Limitation of Liability

Pawenzi Serviced Apartments shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage during your stay
  • Events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, extreme weather)
